Refund policy

At Mamacary, we’re committed to providing high-quality baby carriers that combine comfort, safety, and style. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 


📦 Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

To be eligible, the item must be:

 

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

  • With all tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

 

 


 

✅ Refunds or replacements are available if:

 

  • The item arrived damaged

    → Send us clear photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

  • You received the wrong item(color, size, or model)

    → We’ll send the correct item at no extra cost.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

    → Please provide photos clearly showing the issue.

  • Your package was lost or delayed

    → If it hasn’t arrived within 45 days (USA) or 60 days (international), you’re eligible for a refund or replacement.

 

 


 

 

❌ Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

 

  • Change of mind or personal preferences

  • Ordering the wrong color, size, or style

  • Providing incorrect shipping information

  • Claims without visual proof of damage or defects

 

 


 

🔁 Exchanges

Want to exchange your item? The quickest way is to:

  1. Complete the return process for the original item

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

 


 

💌 How to Request a Return or Refund

 

Please email support@mamacary.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

 

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label (note: return shipping fees may apply).

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 


 

📦 Non-Returnable Items

Please note we do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out.

 


 

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
